You have to know an industry to get the category right. Only a handful of makers worldwide can supply enamel steel basins consistently, and almost all of them sit in the premium price band — which is exactly the window for bathroom brands to complete a high-end line. We work with our customers end to end, from category positioning and model definition through to market launch, turning an opportunity into a business.
The enamel steel basin is a strategic new category extended into bathroom products on the back of mature steel-sheet forming and enamelling capability. The plant was founded in 1990 and is located in Foshan, Guangdong, with a total site area of 85,300 m², around 450 employees, annual capacity of 2.5 million units and more than 22 million units shipped to date, serving markets on four continents — Europe, North America, South America and Asia (Middle East, Central Asia, South-East Asia).
The basin takes steel as its bone and glaze as its skin. Starting from a cold-rolled steel sheet, it goes through stamping, edge folding, welding (where applicable), sandblasting, cleaning and enameling, and is finished with a high-temperature-fired vitreous glaze — combining the strength of steel with the smoothness of porcelain in a single product. The dedicated enamel formula is finely ground to 300 mesh and applied as a two-coat system (ground coat plus cover coat), with coating thickness precisely controlled within 150–300 μm for even, full coverage.
This enamel process chain and equipment have been in mature use at the plant for more than twenty years, serving pressurised water-heater tanks, where the demands on coating density and consistency are even higher.
Now we look forward to putting that R&D and process expertise, together with solid production strength and quality control, behind OEM / ODM service for global bathroom brands, importers, designers and project channels — helping you build competitive premium product lines and open up new market space.
